I am still very new to my wedding photography career and was looking for something to take my photography and business to the next level. I luckily stumbled across the Redfern and Crawley courses and to be honest, I couldn’t have spent my money better. The knowledge I have picked up is so vast, but it has also improved my confidence no end. Having completed both the business and photography workshops I cannot believe how far I have come and how much I have learned. I cannot put into words how beneficial Liam, Bee and Neil’s support, knowledge and friendship has been. To meet 3 people who are so, so talented and successful who are so willing to share and help anyone is the most refreshing thing I have come across. The network built around this course with the other photographers has also provided me constant support and knowing that I can turn to them at any point, with questions big or small is such a comfort. I cannot recommend the course highly enough, for me it is one of the best investments I have made. Thank you Liam, Bee and Neil for so much, you are such talented, creative people who are some of the nicest people I have ever met, not just within the industry, but outside as well. This course alone has made the single biggest difference to my portrait and wedding photography, not just how I approach it, but also in how I much pleasure I take from my photography! Thank you all.

After seeing several adverts about this workshop and especially seeing the talents hosting, I had to go and boy I was not disappointed. With over 100 weddings myself I was still really looking forward to hearing how Neil and Liam run their respective businesses and hear their success stories. I found it confirmed a lot of the things I was already doing but also opened the door to things I’ve never done and inspired me to try new things. I know I can walk away with some amazing advice that will stick with me forever. It also gave me a chance to meet some other fantastic wedding photographers so we could share our own successes….and failures which I felt was a really important part of the day too. Thanks to Neil and Liam for their excellent presentation and also thanks to Bee for gluing it all together and adding the final polish. I cant wait to see what they do next. Thoroughly enjoyed it and really recommend it. Thanks again guys, you rock!

Thank you guys so much for a wonderful day and being so generous with your knowledge and experience. It was so amazing to meet photographers who I have admired and been inspired by only to find that you are nice, normal people who are willing to share all that you have learned. I loved that you went into the exact detail of how you run your businesses and I picked up so many useful tips. I was also surprised at how much I learned from you talking through a full wedding day and how you both manage it. Filled with anecdotes, stories and backed up with gorgeous imagery the workshop gave me confidence and motivation to really get going with my business. I’ll be back for more!

As someone who is just venturing into the world of wedding photography I found your wedding photography business workshop invaluable. Your combined knowledge and experience was most inspiring and I found you all very creative. I have always been in love with photography and trying to create vintage looking photographs, but I have never been clued up with the business aspect. I know have a better understanding of all the elements it takes to be an awesome wedding photographer like you guys!!! = )

Just wanted to say what a fantastic day I had at your wedding photography workshop. The day was a massive help. You guys were really friendly, welcoming and obviously know your stuff. It was nice to be taught in such an informal yet professional manner. I am really looking forward to the next time I can learn anything from you guys!

Heart-felt thanks for the Redfern & Crawley United course/seminar/elaborate-excuse-to-go-to-the-bar! I really wasn’t too sure what to expect from the day, but ended up taking away so much on so many levels. The practical tips were there, advice on approach, recommended kit and the little nuggets of advice that everyone furiously scribbles down because they’re so useful! The biggest thing I came away with, which was also the most helpful and inspiring was the attitude. Looking at a room full of people as colleagues rather than competitors really makes all the difference. I’m glad I had the presence of mind to start scribbling my ‘to-do’ list during the workshop!

Neil, Liam and Bee, I can’t thank you enough for the invaluable knowledge I gained on both the business and shooting workshops. I’m quite overwhelmed with your generosity, patience and guidance. What a fab business we work in. x

I wanted to say a proper thank you to Liam, Bee and Neil for the fantastic workshops that I attended last weekend. The first thing to say is how friendly all three were; instantly making me feel at home and creating a relaxed environment for the group to learn in. This meant that everyone was happy to ask questions, or share experiences without the fear of looking like a tool in front of everyone else! Both the “Business” and “Shooting” days were absolutely jam packed with tips, both sensible and inspired, that will give me a framework to shift my wedding business to a more stylish, upmarket (and yes, more expensive!) end of the market.

On the shooting day I learned techniques that will give me confidence, both in my photographic abilities and in my ability to get the best from couples on wedding days, and now feel armed with an arsenal of weapons to create distinctive and stunning images from any wedding in any location. The business day also armed me with methods to identify and attract the clients I want, alongside masses of sensible advice for getting the best and making the best of the opportunities that each wedding day offers.

I’d wholly recommend either day to any aspiring wedding photographer who is looking to stamp some personality onto their images. Oh, and the lunchtime baguettes are pretty good too! 🙂 Thanks everyone – I can’t wait to put everything into action now.

I’d just like to say how much I enjoyed both of the Redfern Crawley wedding photography courses that I’ve attended and I would recommend you to anyone! It’s really refreshing to meet people like you, Liam and Bee who are so knowledgeable, but more importantly, willing to share your knowledge with other photographers to help them progress. I’ve learnt a great deal on both courses so thank you very much!
